Regular Member

Professionals actively employed in industry, academia, government, consulting, or other research institutes. Regular members receive access to all AAPS member benefits (including conference/meeting discounts) and possess full voting rights according to the Association bylaws.

Full-time Graduate/
Undegraduate Student

Full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Student status must be verified by dean or department chair. Student members receive access to all AAPS member benefits (including conference/meeting discounts) and possess full voting rights according to the Association bylaws.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Has been awarded or has completed the requirements for a doctoral degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D., Pharm.D., etc.) or foreign equivalent and has been awarded a Fellowship or Traineeship or equivalent support (such as appointment in postgraduate research) for studies at the postdoctoral level. Postdoctoral Fellows receive access to all AAPS member benefits (including conference/meeting discounts) and possess full voting rights according to the Association bylaws.

Retired Member

Professionals who have retired from full-time employment in industry, academia, government, consulting, or other research institutes. Retired members receive access to all AAPS member benefits, including the regular member discounted conference/meeting registration rates, and possess full voting rights according to the Association bylaws.
