The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists ("AAPS" or "Association") is providing information and services on the Internet through its website as a benefit and service in furtherance of its nonprofit and tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. By using the website all parties agree that jurisdiction and venue for all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this website shall be tried and litigated in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
