Visa Information

Registrants outside the U.S. may request a Visa Invitation Letter through the online registration system, Experient.
Registration and payment is required in order to obtain the letter of invitation. Should an individual’s visa request be denied, AAPS will provide a full refund. Registrants should email and provide documentation in order for the full refund to be processed.

The U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO) recommends applying for your visa at least three months before the meeting. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews; therefore, applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Further information on business visas can be found at the U.S. Department of State Business Visa Center website and at the IVO website.

Please note that AAPS is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office. The information above regarding visa delays is the suggested process by IVO.
