AAPS PharmSciTech Journal Sees Major Climb in Impact Factor Between 2024 and 2025

Arlington, VA—AAPS is excited to announce that the impact factor for its peer-reviewed journal, AAPS PharmSciTech, increased significantly in 2025.

AAPS PharmSciTech increased from an impact factor of 4.0 to 5.1, ranking it 65 out of 356 journals in Springer Nature’s Pharmacology & Pharmacy category.

“I extend my thanks to our editors, Editorial Advisory Board members, reviewers, and authors for amplifying this peer-reviewed publication,” AAPS PharmSciTech Editor-in-Chief Robert O. (Bill) Williams III, Ph.D., said. “With their support, we continue to publish highly relevant papers in the pharmaceutical sciences and maintain the highest scientific publishing ethical standards.”

AAPS members have free, unlimited, electronic access to articles in AAPS’ four peer-reviewed journals, including AAPS PharmSciTech. To submit an article to any of the journals, visit the individual page for each journal.
