AAPS Seeks Experienced Scientists to Lead Our 2025 PharmSci 360 Abstract Screening Committee!


The PharmSci 360 Abstract Screening Committee (ASC) manages the screening process for poster abstracts submitted for presentation at the 2025 PharmSci 360, which will be held November 9-12, 2025, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, TX. 

Available Positions

AAPS invites volunteers to apply for the following positions:

  • Vice Chair: 1 position
  • Track Screening Chairs: 8 available positions
  • Track Screening Leaders: 8 available positions

Volunteer Requirements

  • Must be an AAPS member through November, 2025
  • Must monitor the review process for Early Submission Screening, May 2-12, 2025, and the Late Breaking Submission Screening, July 24–August 5, 2025

Additional specific duties are outlined in the Abstract Screening Committee Roles, Requirements, and Responsibilities policy.

Early Poster Abstract Submissions March 3 – April 30, 2025

There is a non-refundable, per abstract, submission fee of $50 for students/post docs and $100 for Professionals/non-students, to submit an Early Poster Abstract. Submission fees are payable by credit card only.
