Cancellation Policy
National Biotechnology Cancellations—All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@aaps.org or faxed to +1.703.243.5582. Refunds will be issued for all requests received by April 26, 2013, less an administrative fee ($100 for members and nonmembers, $30 for students). Refunds will not be issued for requests received after April 26, 2013. Registration substitutions from the same company may be submitted in writing at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply.
Short Course Cancellations—All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@aaps.org or faxed to +1.703.243.5582. Registration cancellations received by April 26, 2013 will be issued less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for short course registration cancellations received after April 26, 2013. Substitutions submitted in writing are accepted at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that is the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply.
Workshop Cancellations—All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@aaps.org or faxed to +1.703.243.5582.
