Call for Poster Abstracts

      Before you begin your poster abstract submission, we strongly recommend the following:
  1. The Presenting Author should be the submitter of the abstract. All communications will be sent to the submitter.
  2. Review the Tracks/Topics (Review Groups) prior to beginning your online abstract submission.

  3. Become a member of AAPS before you begin your submission if you intend to take advantage of discounts for registration and similar member benefits.

  4. Obtain approval and funding to attend the meeting prior to submitting your abstract.
  5. The new submission site requires you to complete all tasks, or your submission will not be considered. Make sure you read all instructions and complete all tasks.
  6. Abstracts may include up to 800 words and as many as three images.
  7. Student and post doc travelships are available. The student must be the submitter and presenter of the abstract poster.

Call for Abstract Screeners

AAPS seeks volunteers to screen poster abstracts for PharmSci 360.  Screeners must agree to:

1. Review and select themes/topics (known on the screener site as Review Groups) in which they are experienced.

2. Review Screener Training, June 7-13.

3. Spend a few minutes familiarizing themselves with the applicable literature.

4. Spend a few minutes reading an abstract and answering a few questions about it. 

5. Review assigned abstracts June 14- July 11, and/or during the Late Breaking Poster Abstract screening period, September 7–18.

Note that Chrome and Firefox web browsers are recommended for use with the screener system, and Internet Explorer is not supported.
