Exhibitor Functions
You must notify AAPS of all presentations or events planned during the Annual Meeting and Exposition dates, November 16–20, 2008. Complete the online Function Request Form, or print and complete the .pdf version of the form and return to Megan Reese at AAPS as indicated.
No events can be held on Sunday, November 16 between 4:30 pm and 8:00 pm.
Contact AAPS to reserve meeting and hospitality space today. Meeting rooms for hospitality functions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact Megan Reese at 703-248-4783 for detailed information.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors will receive a complimentary allotment of registrations based on the size of exhibit space booked. Along with exhibitor badges, exhibitors will also receive an allotment of complimentary Full Conference admission passes. Please refer to the information included in the Exhibitor Service Manual prior to registering company personnel.
