Exhibit Fees
Please refer to the floor plan for exhibit hall layout. Booth rental fees are as follows:
- 10’ X 10’ standard = $3,500
- Each Corner Location = $150 additional per corner
- AAPS Reception Surcharge = $125 per company
Submit your Exhibit Space Reservation Contract along with a 50% deposit to:

Payment can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Full payment is due by August 22, 2008. New contracts submitted after July 14 must include full payment.
Non-Profit
Upon request, non-profit organizations may receive a 50% discount on booth rental fees. Non-profit rates have limited availability. Non-profit rates are restricted to two booths per company. Inquire for current availability.
