Tingstad, passed away on November 9, 2011, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. Raised in Cook, Minn., and Milwaukee, Wis. Tingstad is survived by his wife Phyllis, four children, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends. AAPS remembers Tingstad and appreciates all of his contributions to the association.
