Visa Information

The U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO) recommends applying for your visa at least three months before the meeting. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews, so applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.

Further information on business visas can be found at the DOS Business Visa Center website and the IVO website.

If you are experiencing significant visa delays, we encourage you to fill out our visa survey. The IVO will follow up with the Department of State and inquire about your visa status.

Please note that AAPS is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office. The information above regarding visa delays is the suggested by the IVO.
