NEW! Round Table Format On Site 

AAPS has redesigned its Career Center to create a friendly, low-pressure environment that attracts candidates and puts you front-and-center. Instead of a booth, book a 36-inch table, and participate in an easy-access, relaxed area inside the Career Development Center (located left of 2200 aisle). Private interview booths are available for discrete conversations with high-value candidates.

  • Premium Participation - $4,500.00:
    • 36” round high cocktail table w/ 3 stools and ID sign with company logo (one pop-up floor banner (max 3’ wide) and company brochures allowed) 
    • 3 Solution Center badges
    • Company Profile in meeting app
    • Access to the new Career Development Center online platform (review resumes, communicate with potential candidates, set up meetings or interviews in advance).  Site will be live October 1 – December 15, 2017.
    • 5 electronic job postings on the new Career Development Center platform (additional postings available for purchase)

AAPS’ popular Resume Review and Mentor Breakfast programs return this year, attracting dozens of students you want to meet! Don’t Miss the Poster Forums 

Poster submissions increased this year – you can expect to find great candidates in the 150+ Poster Forum Sessions AAPS is scheduling. Poster Forums are organized by topic so you can find the scientists working in the fields that interest you. Search for and add Poster Forums to your schedule in the Annual Meeting Website or mobile app.
