Registration Information

The registration fee includes:

  • Housing Accommodations

All rooms must be reserved through AAPS. Registered attendees will receive a housing form to complete starting in January 2012. This form will include information about arrival and departure dates and the airport shuttle service.   • Cancellation Policy—Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email by February 3, 2012. All refunds, less an administrative fee, will be issued after the meeting has occurred.
