2012 AAPS National Biotechnology Conference sponsorships link your company to the world’s top gathering of pharmaceutical scientists and open networking opportunities with top executives in the industry. The sponsorship rate structure offers an array of options starting at $1000. Sponsor benefits range from company names on signs to complimentary exhibit space or registrations depending on the sponsorship level. Why Support the Meeting—Benefit Levels

All sponsors receive: 

  • Logo in general sponsor in the final program
  • Logo with individual company exhibitor listing in the Final Program
  • General sign acknowledging sponsors' support
  • Points toward space selection for 2013 AAPS National Biotechnology Conference
  • Points towards space selection for 2013 Annual Meeting and Exposition
  • Logo and thanks in wrap-up issue of the conference in the AAPS Newsmagazine  


Sponsorship Levels 

Bronze    up to $2,000 
Silver   $2,001–$3,499
Gold   $3,500–$4,999
Platinum   $5,000 and more

 

Bronze—up to $2,000  

  • Bronze-level sponsors will have their corporate logos appear on one slide displayed in general session room.

Silver—$2,001–$3,499

Silver-level sponsors will receive all of the above benefits, plus:

  • An individual slide with logo displayed in general session room at the beginning of the session,
  • Sign acknowledging sponsorship at individual event, i.e., reception break, etc., if sponsoring specific event.

Gold—$3,500–$4,999

Gold-level sponsors will receive all of the above benefits, plus:

  • A complimentary preshow attendee mailing list (sample of mailing required),
  • One-page flyer inserted into registration tote bags. 

Platinum—$5,000 or more

Platinum-level sponsors will receive all of the above benefits, plus:

  • Either 25 percent discount off exhibit space or one full conference registration,
  • One full-page announcement in the Final Program,
  • A complimentary broadcast email to conference attendees (sample of mailing and order form required),
  • Logo that will be incorporated into entrance signs to exhibit hall.
