Database Administrator (DOCX) (PDF) » 

The Database Administrator is responsible for all aspects of developing, implementing, and enhancing data management for AAPS. The DBA works with the Application Developer on complex projects, applying both technical and communications skills to maximize the value of AAPS’ systems and services.

eLearning Program Manager (DOCX) (PDF) » 

The eLearning Program Manager oversees the development and operation of AAPS’ eLearning opportunities, including collaborating with the AAPS Electronic Program Development Committee (EPDC) and eCourse Program Teams to solicit proposals, identify opportunities for, develop and assess comprehensive elearning courses. The eLearning Program Manager will also address any customer inquiries and coordinate with the Marketing and Technology Departments as necessary to facilitate projects.

Member Retention Specialist (DOCX) (PDF) » 

The Member Retention Specialist coordinates the day-to-day member retention activities and provides support as needed to the Member Services team. The Member Retention Specialist builds and maintains positive relationships with current members, gathers information on changing member needs and trends, and supports efforts to increase retention rates.

Web Content Manager (DOCX) (PDF) 

The Web Content Manager’s role is to coordinate and manage the planning, maintenance, editing, and accessibility of association-owned and generated content and content-related services. This includes ensuring that the text, graphics, formatting, organization, layout, navigation, style, look, and feel of content are consistent throughout the AAPS Web site, www.aaps.org. The Web Content Manager is also responsible for the overall development strategy of the Web site.
