Senior Application Developer (PDF) »
The Senior Application Developer serves as support technician for IMIS database related issues; manages Ektron system integrations with various third party systems; performs system upgrades and coding enhancements, including researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle; and provides assistance for reporting and desktop support for IMIS and Ektron. Work is performed under moderate to general direction. Supervises IT work performed by contractors and vendors.
Web and Database Developer (PDF) »
The Web & Database Developer is responsible for all aspects of developing, implementing, and enhancing data management for AAPS. The Web & Database Developer works with the Application Developer on complex projects, applying both technical and communications skills to maximize the value of AAPS’ systems and services.
Human Resources Manager (PDF) »
The Human Resources Manager manages the Human Resources function for the association staff, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, salary and benefits administration, employee communications, and other special projects, as assigned. Work is performed under general direction.
Foundation Coordinator/Focus Group Coordinator (PDF) »
The Foundation Coordinator/Focus Group Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the AAPS Foundation to include maintenance of the donor information in the database, coordination of activities of the AAPS Foundation program, preparation of donor recognition letters, oversight of direct mail campaigns, etc. Incumbent will work closely with the Foundation consultant to ensure the program is implemented and stays on target. The Foundation Coordinator/Focus Group Coordinator will also coordinate the activities of the focus groups to include working with the Members Groups Coordination Committee on annual focus group reviews, schedule and participate in monthly Focus Group conference calls and take minutes as needed. Also serve as backup to the Member Groups Manager in her absence.
Web Content Manager (PDF) »
The Web Content Manager’s role is to coordinate and manage the planning, maintenance, editing, and accessibility of association-owned and generated content and content-related services. This includes ensuring that the text, graphics, formatting, organization, layout, navigation, style, look, and feel of content are consistent throughout the AAPS Website, www.aaps.org. The Web Content Manager is also responsible for the overall development strategy of the Website. Understanding of Web content management systems and publishing tools is required. Periodic travel is required.
