Career Fair Employer Information
Participating in the AAPS Career Fair grants exhibiting employers great opportunities to meet and share information with hundreds of highly qualified pharmaceutical scientists and related industry professionals all at one location in a collegial setting.

Career Fair Booth Packages
1. GOLD PACKAGE $5,000
- The package includes prime location of booth
- Thirty minute pre-scheduled room for company presentation
- Five free job postings on the job boards and two complimentary exhibitor badges
- One free job posting on the Career Center (use 30 days prior to the conference)
- Includes all standard benefits (see standard benefits)
2. SILVER PACKAGE $3,500
- Two free job postings on the job boards and two complimentary exhibitor badges
- Includes all standard benefits (see standard benefits)
3. UNIVERSITY PACKAGE $1,000
- One full day only (first come, first served—limit 8, Monday exhibitor only)
- One free job postings on the job boards and one complimentary exhibitor badge
- Includes all standard benefits (see standard benefits)
Additional Options
- One 8' x 6' interview booth—$300
Connect with job seekers and schedule interviews on-site! Includes an enclosed curtained space for privacy with a table and two chairs.
- Thirty minute pre-scheduled room for company presentation—$1,000
(Included with Gold Package—must be an AAPS Career Fair attendee to qualify.)
Standard Benefits
All Booth Packages include the following standard benefits:
- One 10' x 10' recruitment booth.
Includes a draped table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and an electrical outlet.
- Pre-conference resume alert system for employers and job seekers
The alert system will identify the attending Career Fair exhibitors as well as their open job postings prior to the conference. In addition, job seekers can flag their resume as an attendee of the Career Fair.
- Complimentary job postings
Job postings placed on our freestanding job boards on-site at the Career Fair (number of postings depend on the type of package purchased)
- Registration for company on-site representatives
Includes access for company representatives to the Career Center and exposition hall only (the number of free company registrations depends on the type of package purchased).
- Monday afternoon one hour reception for the Career Fair employers and job seekers
Wind down and relax with a reception to further socialize with the busy late afternoon job seekers.
