Supporting the Annual Meeting Supports all AAPS Programs 

AAPS is proud that it invests 86% of its revenue in member programs such as the new AAPS Biotechnology 101 eLearning lecture series, training courses, and other programs that provide dynamic exchanges of knowledge among scientists to enhance their contributions to health.

Supporting the Annual Meeting and Exposition through sponsorships helps:

  • cover the operational costs of producing the meeting,
  • contribute to the capital needed to support other membership programs.

There are many areas that are available for sponsorship support:

Support Levels Available

Bronze level  $2,500–$4,999
Silver level  $5,000–$5,999
Gold level  $6,000–$8,999
Platinum level  $9,000–$14,999
Diamond level  $15,000–$19,999
Supporter level  $20,000 or more
Sustaining sponsor  $45,000+


The benefits are determined by the tier of support. The tiers range from the bronze level (up to $4,999) up to the supporter level ($20,000 and up). Individual items can be combined to reach a higher tier of benefits, i.e., shuttle bus route plus a sunrise session time period support qualifies for the diamond level.

Areas to Support in 2012

Here are just a few of the services planned for the Annual Meeting. More details will be available in February 2012.

  • Cell Phone Charger Stations—Similar to the charging stations available in airports, these stand-alone charging stations will be a popular feature at the meeting. A grateful scientist will see your company’s branding as they charge their phone.
  • Career Fair—The AAPS Career Fair is a full-service career fair for pharmaceutical science and biotechnology professionals, as well as manufacturers and suppliers interested in reaching life sciences professionals. Position your company as a prime employer by supporting the Career Fair. 
  • Shuttle Bus Routes—Shuttle support includes naming rights for the chosen shuttle route between official hotels and the convention center. 
  • Lanyards—Distributed to and requested by all registrants, badge lanyards feature your company’s logo.
